The website www.mbtaxibratislava.sk and the Mercedes-Benz Taxi Bratislava service are operated by MasikSK s. r. o., Hanácka 1492/15, 821 04 Bratislava – Ružinov, IČO 55 749 241. Contact: info@taxiyellow.sk, +421 902 696 999.

What data we process and why

• Ride bookings – name, phone, e-mail, pick-up and destination address, date and time, vehicle, extras, flight number and your message. We need this data to handle and confirm the ride (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Contact form – name, e-mail, phone and your question so that we can reply (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Technical data – IP address and time of sending, used to protect the form against abuse and spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep booking and message data for as long as necessary to handle the ride or reply and then for a maximum of 24 months, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting rules).

Who receives the data

• our web hosting and e-mail provider, whose servers run the website and mailbox;
• Google (reCAPTCHA) – only if spam protection is enabled; it loads only when you use the form;
• the Photon service (komoot GmbH, Germany) – when you type an address, the typed text is sent to suggest addresses. If you click "My location", your browser first asks for permission and the same service converts the coordinates into an address. Your location is not stored.

We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent. Just write to info@taxiyellow.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
